It's hard to believe there are only 55 days left in the year!
Your monthly donations this year have made an incredible difference! Because of you, 30 teen girls learned to sew, style, and step into confidence this year.
You made that happen, and so much more!
Girls like Nyapendi remind us why your support matters. Orphaned at seven, she was forced into child labor and became a mother in her early teens. With two young children and nowhere to turn, she found our vocational center, and everything changed.
Today, she's a confident tailor and a runner, training for her first community race. Because of you, she's rewriting her story and showing her children what's possible.
Nyapendi's story is not unique. You've seen and read about the many girls who have been rescued from similar situations and are now rebuilding their lives through education, skills training, and social support.
This progress is possible because you chose to care.
For the first time, we're inviting our community to go beyond giving and to fundraise alongside us. Last week, I put out the invitation, and six of you joined as Peer Ambassadors and created your own fundraising page! Thank you!
I know some people break out in a sweat if they think they have to ask for money . But this can be as easy as sharing the link to our Her Future Starts Now fundraising campaign page, along with a brief personal message on why you support CLP and want to help educate these forgotten girls. (There's one in the PPS done for you to just copy and paste.)
It can be done through social media, email, text message, over coffee, or a beer! Every $25, every share, every word of encouragement helps another girl step toward independence.
There are no other options in these remote villages. We are it.
Each girl who walks through our doors gets the chance to learn, to earn, and to live free from violence.
That's the kind of impact your gift and your sharing make: direct, personal, and life-changing.
