Skills-based training for girls that builds safe, sustainable pathways to independence.
Program Overview

Who This Program Serves
This program serves girls and young women who face barriers to education and employment due to poverty, gender inequality, or family circumstances. Many participants are seeking alternatives to early marriage, unsafe work, or economic dependence.
Through vocational training, girls gain tools to imagine — and work toward — a different future.
Why This Program Matters
When girls have access to practical skills and economic opportunity, the impact extends far beyond the individual. Vocational training supports safer livelihoods, strengthens families, and contributes to more resilient communities.
By investing in girls’ skills and potential, this program helps break cycles of poverty while supporting long-term, locally driven change.
